July 4th in Erie was absolutely gorgeous. perfect temperature, perfect amount of sunshine and just the right breeze. i spent my July 4th with my friend Bethany & her family then with Josh & his family.
i went to AC Moore Thursday before band practice and found the most amazing cupcake / cake decorations and fun things ever. i bought the cutest cupcake wrappers and some awesome "glitter". the cupcakes were white cake [1/2 w/ strawberry filling the other 1/2 with mini chocolate chips]. frosting was 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 chocolate. i melted white chocolate, piped it into "stars" on blue & red toothpicks, then sprinkled them with the glitter. i also found some colored stars [i took used the blue & red] that i put on the top of the cuppies.
i'm tired. i apologize this post is horribly boring. oh well, i hope the pictures were good enough to keep everyone happy :)

oh . . are THOSE the cuppies you were supposed to bring to us!??! but you didn't?!?!! :-P
yummmmmmmmmmmmm and don't worrry I gave randie & john their's (well john hasn't got his yet)...but I didn't eat them alllll hee hee
